We print and ship
Each order is printed on demand and shipped from a US print partner. Expect about 7 to 12 business days door to door.
QUESTIONS
How does the personalization work?
Type a rider's name and years (or a club and run name), choose a banner line and a generic cruiser, touring or sport silhouette. The preview is drawn by the same code that makes the print file, so the spelling and layout you see are what gets printed.
Can I put a Harley-Davidson or other brand logo on it?
No. All artwork is original and the bike silhouettes are generic, with no manufacturer names, logos or trademarked designs. This keeps every item safe to print and sell.
How long does an order take?
Items are printed to order. Plan on 2 to 5 business days of production plus 3 to 8 business days of delivery inside the US. If you need it for a service or run date, order at least three weeks ahead and email us first.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is the print partner's actual US rate for the items in your cart, shown on the product card and again before you pay. We do not mark it up, and extra items in the same order usually ship for less.
What if there is a typo or a misprint?
Check the preview carefully before you pay. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with text that differs from what you submitted, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will reprint or refund it.
Can I return an item?
Personalized items are made just for you, so we cannot accept returns for size or change of mind. Defective or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded.
Do you do club or run orders?
Yes. Place orders normally, or email us for 12 or more pieces and we will help with sizes and timing. The Club or run option puts your club name and event on the same design.
Why dark shirts and hoodies only?
The ember glow and chrome wings are printed to look their best on black and charcoal garments, so we only offer dark colors for those items.
